o If making a submission for a session I need to collect health related information for understanding if the health conditions reported could potentially contraindicate a potential client for the services of Hypnotherapy. The benefits of taking this information to guide the process and next steps greatly outweighs any risk that could come from a client's unreported health concern being exasperated or unnecessarily emphasized during the course of hypnotherapy.

How long we keep information

I do not store personal information for any longer than I need to, given the purpose I collected it for. For example,

- If you make an audio purchase but do not sign up for email marketing monthly, then your name and contact information used to deliver the audio will be deleted at the end of the month in which it was purchased.

- If you book a session and enter a contract with myself (please see terms and conditions) in terms of treatment through my website, then your contact information and initial intake questions will be held by me for the duration of our treatment and archived outside of my website when our treatment plan is complete.

- If you visit my website and your IP address and location estimate is logged automatically this will be deleted within four weeks of your website visit.

Who we share information with

Data processors - Squarespace

This data processor does the following activities for us:

They hold email addresses that then enable me to build marketing campaigns that are sent in the form of emails to people who have voluntarily opted in for. They keep on record for the time of treatment the acceptance of terms ands conditions and the information given on the intake form required to book an initial consultation. For the duration periods of use in regards to this please see above ‘How long we keep information’.
