The First Step - To book a Consultation which lasts for 30 mins via Zoom. This is to…

  • Get to know each other a little better.

  • Ascertain weather Clinical Hypnotherapy and the way I practice is the right route for you.

  • To Answer any questions you may have.

  • For you to work out if I am right for you and for me to work out if you are right for my practice.

  • No pressure, just a friendly 30 minute meet through screens.

(After our zoom, if we proceed I will send through an Intake form for you fill out which helps me gain detail to better plan out first session and also to start to think about our journey together and how best to serve you)

The Second Step - Attending the first session in which we…

  • Cover in depth your reason for attending - challenge perspective and narrative.

  • Explore how you do what you do

  • Discover which solutions would be best to focus on moving forward and make a plan for subsequent sessions to accommodate everything covered, collaboratively building, planning, seeking and discovering a plan that suits you and your needs.

  • We may allay misconceptions, worries or apprehensions stemming from wrong information surrounding hypnosis.

  • We may play some suggestibility games to better understand what hypnotherapy is and what it is not.

Subsequent sessions -

  • Discuss topic/issues (whatever is relevant to that session or moment) Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Guided by whatever you may need most in that session).

  • Consolidate with Hypnotherapy.

  • Set Tasks to consolidate learning outside of our sessions.

Relevant Information -

  • Each session is 90 mins in length - allowing us the time and ease of session to flow as it may need to. Your time and mine is precious, every minute counts here, your investment is important, much too important to be rushed.

  • Generally speaking 4 sessions is a strong base for some serious ground to be covered and usually enough. However every person and situation is of course different so based on our initial consultation I can give you an indication on weather you may need more or less based on what’s best for you.

  • I work remotely and face to face, both can work equally as well.
